SCInterface Training

SCInterface offers two types of training to suite the needs of all of our customers. This training is available to both open source and commercial licensed customers of SCInterface.

• SCInterface Online Training
• SCInterface On-Site Training

Training Prerequisites

Attendees for either the on-site or online training should be familiar with basic Linux system administrator and TCP/IP-based networking concepts including IP addressing, routing, DNS and basic network troubleshooting.

SCInterface Online Training

SCInterface online training is a 60 minute brief overview of installing and configuring SCInterface with approximately a 30 minute question and answer session afterwards. These sessions are normally online webinars that involve anywhere from 3 to 8 participants. These sessions are not intended to replace the normal support offerings, but to supplement them and are available to all commercial licensed customers at no additional cost.

SCInterface On-Site Training

SCInterface on-site training is designed to provide SCInterface administrators with the knowledge required to effectively deploy, configure, and manage SCInterface in their production environments. The focus of this 2-day comprehensive session is to understand deployment strategies and system configuration, implement advanced features and policies, and provide troubleshooting strategies for deploying SCInterface. The course features extensive hands-on exercises designed to reinforce concepts and skills necessary to implement and manage SCInterface in a production environment.
